What To Expect For Your First Exam

Please relax in front of our warm fireplace while filling out your health history and new patient forms. Your initial exam and consultation will include the following:

  • A review of your Medical and Dental history and answering any questions or concerns you have regarding your dental treatment
  • X-Rays necessary to properly evaluate the health of your teeth, jaws, and supporting bone
  • A thorough exam of your head, neck, and soft tissues, including an oral cancer screening
  • An analysis of your gums to determine if they can be properly managed with a routine cleaning or require comprehensive gum treatments
  • Examination of your teeth to determine if any cavities are present
  • A discussion of treatment that is necessary for your overall oral health
